I was licensed to sell real estate in 1997, and since that time I have gained a priceless amount of experience in the world of negotiations. I have helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes. In 2004 I became the Broker owner of RE/MAX In Motion. I could then make sure the real estate company environment I worked in was ethical, professional, and that anyone, ANYONE, stepping through our door would be cared for with the highest level of skill, caring and respect.
I help people find home... For some, a home is bricks and mortar, for some it is air and light, for others it is aromas and nostalgia, for some it is the unseen potential and for others it is simply home: a place to relax that is all their own... and helping people find their home is where I find the most joy.
It's a journey of discovery in finding what really is important to them. How, together, we can obtain their goals through strategy and compromise. I help people understand and qualify value, I help them see why it is important and I help care for and look closely at their real estate investment. This is true whether my clients are buying or selling.
Buying or selling a home is at times emotional, and my job is to help clients look at the facts, be detail oriented, offer guidance, professionalism, and ask the right questions to help qualify emotions. I help people be sure they are making a smart choice that really meets what they set out to do.
